The First Step Toward a Brighter Life

Effective therapy is a dynamic, at times challenging, and ultimately rewarding process.

It is a safe environment to think, express, and achieve growth without judgment or discrimination.

The therapeutic relationship between client and therapist serves as the foundation for effective treatment.

Finding the right therapist for you is the first step toward a brighter life!

individual Therapy

In individual therapy, a client works one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment. The client is guided by the therapist to explore their feelings, beliefs, and behaviors while learning skills and strategies to effectively address the issues they are experiencing in their life.

Couples Therapy

Couples meet in a private therapeutic setting to discuss their relationship struggles with a trained therapist. Couples therapy provides the couple with support to build, repair, maintain, or end their current relationship. Couples therapy helps to address a range of relationship struggles including: recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, infidelity, intimacy, or external stressors.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a process through which clients work with a trained therapist and 6-8 other individuals by sharing their experiences and support to other members of the group. In group therapy, clients are afforded the opportunity to voice their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a way that allows them to be heard and seen by fellow members of the group. Groups are generally structured around shared struggles, experiences, or desires to improve certain aspects of the members' lives.
