Insurance Coverage

I am In-Network with the following insurance providers:

Northwell Direct

I also provide services as an "out-of-network" provider. If you have out-of-network benefits through your insurance, services may be covered in full or in part.

I will provide you with the required additional documentation (superbill) to attach to your insurance reimbursement claim.

SLIDING SCALE PAYMENT

In an effort to make counseling affordable, a limited number of appointment slots are available on a sliding-scale fee.

The fee is determined based upon the service provided and the client’s individual financial situation (eg., annual income, support payments, significant debt, etc.).

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due at the end of the session. I accept payment via Zelle and Venmo.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.

If we are unable to reschedule, you will be responsible for the session fee.
